What size should I buy? 

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guide. Sizing information is located on each of our product pages. You can also find information on what size the model is wearing if you expand the "size and fit" section underneath the product.

Where is my order?

To find your order status or tracking number, please check your shipping confirmation email. The email will provide you with your own tracking page. If you do not see this shipping confirmation email in your inbox, please check your spam folder or contact customer support for assistance. 

Can I cancel my order?

While we wish it was possible, once an order is placed, we are unable to amend or cancel it at this time. Once received, should the item(s) not work out, you can return for a refund. Our customer service team will do their best to help you where possible, but If you need to cancel your order for any reason, you will need to follow the returns process once you receive your delivery.

Can I change my delivery address after I've purchased my order?

Unfortunately once an order has been confirmed & placed, we can not change your delivery address. Please carefully check your address details are up to date before you submit your order.

What is your returns policy?

How long will my return take to process?

Depending on the service you've chosen to use to return your item(s), it can usually take up to 14 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) to be delivered and processed by our returns team. We will be in touch by email once the return has been processed to confirm your refund.

How is the order packaged?

At White Pepper Apparel we aim to be sustainable in everything we do, including packaging. Products will arrive wrapped in recycled branded tissue paper, with a branded sticker to seal inside a durable FSC-certified, unbleached and uncoated kraft paper branded mailer bag. Are your paper mailer bags recyclable? 

Yes! Our paper mailing bags are recyclable from the kerbside, which means you can recycle them at home with zero effort.
